This pinot noir comes from vines over 40 years old, planted on the clay-limestone soil of the Stein. Harvested September 13, 2017. Yield 35 hl / ha. Semi-carbonic maceration of 17 days on whole grapes. Fermentation from native yeasts followed by a 6-month aging in vats. Malo made. No added sulphites. Bottled in April 2018.
