A 5.25-hectare parcel (Les Vigneaux) on Jurassic soil, which gives this wine a good acidity. Clay on Limestone with some silex (flint) in the soil. A vineyard that produces very deep and complex wines. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 20-day carbonic maceration that helps to ensure that this is very easy to drink. Unfined and unfiltered. Aged 18 months in fibreglass. A little sulphur added when bottling.
