A wild Chenin with aromas of pear, peach and apple fruit and aromatic herbs with anise liquorice with a slight smokiness. The tulip on the label grows beside the vines, representing the vineyard’s proximity to nature.

Schist and quartz soils. Chenin from 5 different plots, 2 old vines 60-70 years old, planted a little after the second world war, in mass selection. The other 3 plots are more recent between 20-30 years old. Long fermentation over 1 year and a half. A little sulphur added when bottling.
