Very different from previous vintage in 2015. It is more powerful with a notable higher alcohol, with a subtle oxidative characteristic, similar to a Chardonnay from Jura. Citrus fruits and grapefruit on the finish that gives it bitterness and length in the mouth.

Schist and quartz soils. Hand harvested. Early harvest at the end of August. Fermentation in fibreglass. No filtration, just racking 1 month before bottling to lighten the wine. A little sulphur added when bottling.
