The Zotzenberg Grand Cru terroir exposed to the south and south-east is composed of ferruginous sandstone limestones. Harvested September 21, 2015. Yield 41 hl / ha. Natural fermentation from indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation made. Breeding in lightning of 22 months on total lees.Clarifying filtration on cellulose plates. Light sulphiting during breeding. Bottling: August 2017.
