These old vines of Sylvaner are located on the clay-limestone slopes of Mittelbergheim and in

part on the marl-limestone terroir of the Grand Cru Zotzenberg. Spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation made.

Blend of 2015 and 2016 vintages. Aging on lees in vats. Stabilization: clarifying filtration on cellulose plates.

Slight sulphiting of 15 mg / L during breeding. Bottled in August 2017.

Food Pairing: This beautiful wine will be easy to associate with all the dishes that we want to accompany a white: deli meats, quiches, fish, risottos, pasta with vegetables, sauerkraut.
