This white is made from a blend of four grape varieties - sylvaner, riesling, auxerrois and gewurztraminer - from 2015, 2016 and 2017. The color is limpid and the nose is lemony. The palate is lively, salty, tonic and refreshing.

This cuvee comes from a blend of the 2015, 2016 and 2017 vintages from different clay-limestone parcels on the hillsides of Mittelbergheim. Natural fermentation from indigenous yeasts. Malo made. Maturing on lees for 6 months in vats. Clarifying filtration on cellulose plates. Light sulphiting at bottling in April 2018.
