COCKTAILS

Asterley Brothers Wet Martini - 1 Litre (10 servings)  A Judiciously constructed Wet Martini. Succinct, crisp and delicate, as it should be:  Cabby’s London Dry Gin, Schofield’s Dry Vermouth, Orange & Lavender Bitters. Keep refrigerated. Place in freezer 1 hour before serving. Pour into a frozen glass and serve with a strip of lemon zest. Drink while playing charades on ZOOM.
