Lovely orange wine with a nice bit of grip and texture, a sort-of spiced quince vibe, with lovely acidity. The second vintage from Oriane Rosner, working solo in Gaillac, macerated the fruit for a month in amphora, before 9 months ageing in the same terracotta vessel. No sulphur.
