Deep, juicy Syrah pet-nat. Giddy berries tempered by taut tannins. 2022 was a very dry one in Gaillac, and the wines bear the deeper fruit and nice bit of structure from a warm, dry year. The second vintage from Oriane Rosner, huge success!
